Amazing! A while back Emma Mount contacted me to see if I would give her permission to do an oil painting of Zombuki Blythe doll Tweedledee and I happily said yes. Emma has made some stunning Blythe paintings – I was already familiar with her work – so I was thrilled that she was going to paint one of my girls. Fast forward and the painting is finished! Isn’t it lovely? Her style is so wonderful and it’s so humbling that someone would think enough of one of my girls to put her on canvas. It’s such an honor that I’m having a hard time articulating myself! You can see the painting on Emma’s Flickr and be sure to check out her wonderful Etsy shop where I believe she accepts commissions for original paintings!
